IT Support Specialist – Lörrach, Germany

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join an international automotive‑supply company in Lörrach. The role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with Microsoft tools and enjoy assisting users with technical issues in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage support requests via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Set up, configure and maintain end‑user devices and IT systems.
• Assess, categorize and prioritize incidents before escalation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and support services.

Required profile

• Completed training or education in IT or a related field.
• Practical experience in IT support or a strong interest in technology.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
