About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join an international automotive supply company in Lörrach. The role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with Microsoft tools and enjoy assisting users with technical issues in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain end‑user devices and IT systems.
• Assess and categorize incidents and service requests before escalation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and support services.

Required profile

• Completed training or education in IT or a related field.
• Practical experience in IT support or a strong interest in technology.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Fluency in German; English skills are an advantage.
