IT Support Specialist – Onsite Support for Global Workforce

About the role

NavVis is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance. You will work on‑site most days, handling day‑to‑day IT operations, service‑desk support, and incident response for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and triage employee requests via the IT Service Desk platform.
• Maintain PCs, peripherals, printers and ensure hardware is functional.
• Keep the IT Asset Management system accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Prepare hardware, software and licenses for onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile and network issues.
• Create and maintain service‑delivery documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA Service Desk for ticket management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Linux command‑line operations and Azure AD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Business‑fluent English.
