Über die Position

Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Vollzeit, der unsere IT-Infrastruktur zuverlässig betreut und weiterentwickelt. Wenn du Leidenschaft für Microsoft‑Umgebungen und macOS‑Clients mitbringst, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Backup‑Strategie für lokale und cloudbasierte Services nach BSI‑200‑Standard.
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines ISMS sowie Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unseres IdP‑Systems inkl. Public‑Key‑Infrastructure.
  • Wartung und Support von ca. 90 % macOS‑Clients, Austausch defekter Geräte und Vor-Ort‑Einsätze (2‑3 Tage pro Woche).
  • Durchführung von On‑ und Offboarding‑Prozessen für neue und ausscheidende Teammitglieder.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im IT‑Umfeld.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft Active Directory, Azure und IdP‑Lösungen.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Vor-Ort‑Einsätzen.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

  • Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Identity.
  • Public Key Infrastructure (Microsoft AD CS).
  • MDM‑Lösungen (Intune, Jamf) und macOS‑Umgebung.
  • Linux, Windows Server, Proxmox oder andere Hypervisoren, Docker.
  • Scripting in Bash, PowerShell und Python.
