Junior Digital Project Coordinator

About the role

Braun Management is seeking a Junior Digital Project Coordinator to support a large‑scale restructuring engagement with a leading German logistics and infrastructure provider. Working fully remotely, you will act as the administrative backbone of the consulting team, ensuring that data, documentation, and stakeholder feedback remain organized and accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and timelines to prevent missed deadlines.
• Document findings from internal analysis sessions and client calls with high accuracy.
• Organise digital assets and research folders for immediate access by senior consultants.
• Draft concise summaries of internal stakeholder interviews, highlighting operational friction points.
• Monitor completion of action items linked to the client’s restructuring plan.
• Coordinate the assembly of evidence‑backed reports for executive review, ensuring consistent formatting.
• Track communication logs to guarantee timely responses to internal client queries.
• Manage version control of project documents to avoid information silos or data errors.

Required profile

• Strong command of written English and ability to produce clear, professional documentation.
• Genuine interest in complex business systems and organisational structures.
• High attention to detail when handling digital files and cross‑referencing information.
• Capability to process complex information and summarise it succinctly.
• Personal reliability and self‑discipline to manage daily tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Background in administration, business, or humanities where writing and organisation were emphasized.
• Familiarity with standard project management software and willingness to learn new digital tools quickly.
