Key responsibilities

• Provide ad‑hoc support across the business – from all‑hands messaging and hiring to pricing strategy, competition battle cards and partnership development.
• Understand the organisation inside‑out, partner with Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product and G&A teams to improve processes, prioritisation and measurement.
• Shape and evolve the long‑term operating model, own key operating cadences and drive cross‑functional alignment across the leadership team.

Required profile

• Comfortable shifting between big‑picture strategy and detailed operational execution.
• Hands‑on problem solver who delivers solutions, not just slide decks.
• Structured thinker who turns messy problems into clear, actionable plans.
• AI‑native, instinctively using AI tools to work smarter.
• Clear, concise communicator with high ownership.
• 1‑2 years of experience in strategy, consulting or a fast‑scaling startup.
