Junior People Operations Manager

About the role

Raisin is looking for a Junior People Operations Manager to support its international business units. You will be the first point of contact for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and consistent HR processes across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, guiding them through onboarding, employment, and off‑boarding.
• Create employment contracts, process parental‑leave requests, prepare reference letters and maintain accurate HRIS data.
• Collaborate with People Operations, HR Business Partnering, People Analytics, Legal, Payroll and IT to deliver seamless day‑to‑day HR services.
• Address employee inquiries, resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Lead projects such as benefits administration, onboarding/off‑boarding improvements, subsidiary process optimisation and expansion of the Confluence knowledge base.
• Ensure high employee and manager satisfaction with HR services and maintain consistent, reliable processes worldwide.

Required profile

• University degree or commercial apprenticeship, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in HR Operations or a comparable HR role, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labour law; experience with international HR processes is a plus.
• Strong service mindset, excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to support diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
