Junior Performance Marketing Manager – Amazon

About the role

Front Row is looking for a motivated Junior Performance Marketing Manager focused on Amazon to help our clients grow their online business. Based in Hamburg, you will work with a diverse, international team and support a range of e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of performance marketing activities across Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP and Retail Media networks.
• Participate in planning, steering, monitoring and optimisation of campaigns to meet defined performance goals.
• Assist senior colleagues in developing campaign strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Analyse campaign data, derive actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market and technology developments to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and expand daily know‑how.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in online or performance marketing (internships and working‑student roles count).
• Good analytical mindset, technical understanding and solution orientation.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take initiative.

Required skills

• Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads or Amazon SEA.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and Amazon DSP.
• Knowledge of retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Criteo, OTTO, eBay).
• Proficient Excel skills, including PivotTables.
