Junior Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer to join our fast‑growing fintech team. You will help shape the visual language of Scalable Capital across all marketing touch‑points, from social media posts to out‑of‑home campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for a wide range of marketing channels, including digital, social, print and outdoor advertising.
• Maintain a consistent brand experience by applying design guidelines across all digital and offline touch‑points.
• Collaborate closely with other designers, incorporate feedback and iterate on concepts to continuously refine the visual brand.
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven workflows into the design process, demonstrating how generative tools can accelerate production.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design thinking principles and emerging trends, especially AI‑enabled design tools.

Required profile

• Relevant experience gained through internships or similar roles, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Passion for creating meaningful, impactful visual communication.
• Excellent craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Understanding of AI‑enhanced design is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
