Key Account Manager (w/m/d) Südwest

About the role

Element Logic, a global technology company specializing in intelligent warehouse automation, is looking for a Key Account Manager (w/m/d) for its Customer Success team in the Südwest region (Germany and Switzerland). The role is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and increasing customer satisfaction through follow-up service offers, while developing and optimizing Customer Success processes. The position is full-time, permanent and based in Stuttgart.

Key responsibilities

• Sell service products to existing customers (farming, no hunting).
• Expand existing logistics concepts with additional components.
• Expand the service product portfolio, develop service contracts and negotiate SLAs for maintenance and after-sales services.
• Generate additional orders in the aftermarket for spare parts, component sales, training and training packages.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation/mechatronics/IT or logistics, or equivalent technical qualification from the described experience.
• Experience as a Key Account Manager in service.
• Ideal background in intralogistics, machinery or plant engineering, or as an intralogistics consultant.
• Knowledge of automated storage technology and willingness to travel.
• Good English.
