About the role

Join the Max Mara Munich Oberpollinger store as a Sales Assistant, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for luxury fashion customers. You will represent the brand’s DNA, help clients discover the collection, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high‑level service at all times.
Demonstrate thorough product and brand knowledge acquired through training.
Execute the brand’s selling ceremony and visual merchandising standards.
Identify sales opportunities, meet conversion goals, and grow the client base.
Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of the luxury market and competitors.

Required profile

Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
Fluent in English and German.
Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion environments.
