About the role

Join the Max Mara Munich Oberpollinger store as a Sales Assistant, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for luxury fashion customers. You will represent the brand’s DNA, help clients discover the collection, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high‑level service at all times.
• Demonstrate thorough product and brand knowledge acquired through training.
• Execute the brand’s selling ceremony and visual merchandising standards.
• Identify sales opportunities, meet conversion goals, and grow the client base.
• Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of the luxury market and competitors.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion environments.
