About the role
Join the MAX&Co. Munich Oberpollinger store as a Sales Assistant, representing a leading luxury fashion brand. You will create memorable in‑store experiences, convey the brand’s DNA, and drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
- Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge acquired through training and continuous learning.
- Deliver the brand’s selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities to meet store targets and KPIs.
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to maintain an appealing shop environment.
- Build client confidence by creating engaging, interactive experiences.
- Acquire new clients, achieve conversion goals, and provide ongoing service to existing customers.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
- 10+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English and German.
Required skills
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Fluent German language proficiency.
