About the role

As a Manager at an Apple Store, you will lead a diverse team to deliver the distinctive Apple customer experience. You will be hands‑on in the store, coaching team members, handling escalations, and ensuring business goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering growth and inclusion.
• Participate actively on the floor, modeling excellent customer service and guiding team members.
• Recruit, train, retain and schedule staff in line with business needs.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect assets and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s diversity values.

Required profile

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
• Strong integrity, decision‑making ability and commitment to meeting goals.
