Operations Intern (Conversion to Full-Time)

About the role

This is an operations internship at an early‑stage health‑tech startup in Berlin. You will report directly to a founder, own real parts of the business from day one, and have a clear path to a full‑time position after 3‑6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations with laboratory partners, phlebotomy clinics, supplement manufacturers, and clinicians.
• Build internal tooling and automations using n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and custom scripts.
• Perform hands‑on kit‑packaging operations and provide B2B customer support.
• Design and document operational playbooks that scale without linearly increasing headcount.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or strong academic background; hands‑on operator experience welcome.
• Fluent German for coordination with labs, clinicians, customers, and the local team.
• Automation‑first mindset with a willingness to own end‑to‑end processes autonomously.
• Available on‑site in Berlin five days per week for a 3‑6 month internship with intent to convert.
• EU/EEA work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Required skills

• Experience building automations with no‑code or scripting tools such as n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, or Python.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Linear.

What we offer

• Salary: €30,000‑€36,000 per year.
