Operations & Strategy Working Student – Compliance

About the role

Join the Ops team at bunch, working at the intersection of compliance and strategy. As a Working Student you will support monthly German compliance reporting, Bundesbank reports, AIFMD filings and FATCA/CRS cycles for a fast‑growing portfolio of fund clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly German compliance reporting, Bundesbank reports, AIFMD filings and FATCA/CRS cycles.
• Collect, review and verify data and documentation from fund‑client stakeholders, identifying inconsistencies or red flags.
• Improve tracking tools, document processes and contribute to automation initiatives within the compliance team.

Required profile

• Exceptionally detail‑oriented and thrives in structured environments.
• Previous experience in banking, legal or regulatory roles is a strong plus, or genuine interest in financial services.
• Proactive mindset with strong risk awareness and the ability to raise issues early.
• Currently enrolled in a related field such as business, law or finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
