People & Culture Internship (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Flip’s People Team as a People & Culture Intern, supporting talent acquisition and broader HR initiatives in a fast‑growing AI‑driven tech scale‑up. You will work closely with senior HR leaders, gaining hands‑on experience across the full employee journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment tasks, including candidate outreach, interview coordination and screening calls.
• Create and publish compelling job ads, and maintain a sustainable talent pool.
• Conduct active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels, and refine search strategies with the recruiting team.
• Support HR analytics by preparing reports and tracking key recruiting KPIs.
• Assist in designing onboarding experiences to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Help plan and execute internal “Flip Events” such as Team & Culture Days.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficient workflows.
• Research emerging HR tech and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and people operations within a tech environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Stuttgart at least one day per week.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting and basic candidate sourcing techniques.
• Basic understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools and office software.
