People & Office Operations Manager (Part‑Time)

About the role

As the People & Office Operations Manager at Allianz Digital Health, you will keep the office running smoothly while fostering a positive employee experience. Working part‑time with a flexible schedule, you will act as the central point of contact for office processes, culture initiatives, and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain efficient office processes and manage relationships with service providers to ensure best performance and price.
• Design and execute culture‑building events, onboarding, and off‑boarding experiences.
• Handle employee requests, keep personnel records up to date, and support administrative recruiting steps.
• Oversee the invoice cycle, including review, processing, and payment tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental workflows, track open items, and prevent bottlenecks.
• Act as internal safety coordinator, working with external occupational‑safety specialists, company doctor, and first‑aid teams to keep the workplace safe and compliant.

Required profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, HR, facility management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, HR, finance or operations.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health & safety is a plus; training will be provided.
• Proactive, organized mindset with strong communication skills.
