About the role

We are looking for an experienced site manager to lead the installation of central heating and/or water supply systems in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves supervising on‑site work, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects meet technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise heating and water‑supply installations on construction sites.
• Interpret and apply detailed construction drawings and project specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of installers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and the employer in German.
• Monitor site safety, material usage, and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary‑school education preferred, preferably in heating or plumbing installation.
• Open to candidates from other educational backgrounds who are motivated to change or advance their career.
• Fluent German – both spoken and written.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in heating/cooling and water‑supply installations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience leading a construction site team.
