Product Engineer

About the role

comstruct is building an agentic workforce for European construction, turning paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real‑time data. As a Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end development of autonomous agents that operate in complex construction environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship fully autonomous agents, owning the logic, backend and frontend.
• Iterate with real customers, taking a hypothesis from concept to a deployed system.
• Drive product initiatives such as Procurement Agents and Contract Management tools, and pursue your own ideas to amplify platform value.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up with shipped products you owned.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Full proficiency in German and English.
