Product Engineer (Mobile) – Flutter

About the role

Flip is looking for a Product Engineer with a strong mobile focus to shape the user experience of its AI‑powered employee platform. You will work primarily on our Flutter app, delivering end‑to‑end features while collaborating across backend and web teams when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Ship user‑facing features in core domains, measuring impact and outcomes.
• Develop hands‑on with Flutter/Dart and extend work to backend or web systems as required.
• Follow modern development practices: API‑first design, code reviews, automated testing, and MR environments.
• Instrument features, observe real user behavior, and iterate based on data.
• Adopt AI‑enabled coding tools to shift from pure code writing to holistic solution ownership.
• Own the full lifecycle of your features, from technical decisions to rollout and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passionate about mobile development with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Open to contributing to backend or web components when a feature demands it.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow, even if you don’t meet every listed criterion.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart, including widget/layout systems and state management.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and platform conventions.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
