Product Marketer

About the role

We are a seed‑stage enterprise AI platform startup in Berlin, building secure infrastructure for organisations to adopt generative AI. As a Product Marketer you will sit at the intersection of product and market, turning frequent releases into clear positioning, compelling stories, and sales‑ready assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own go‑to‑market plans for each significant product release and execute them across appropriate channels.
• Translate product updates into narratives that explain the value of new features to buyers.
• Develop and maintain differentiated positioning for multiple buyer personas and markets.
• Create product content such as comparison pages, capability overviews, one‑pagers, and campaign explainers.
• Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface user value and turn insights into marketing assets.
• Enable sales and customer success teams with messaging frameworks, collateral, and answers to tough product questions.
• Contribute to category positioning for enterprise AI as the market evolves.
• Participate in product reviews and appear on camera for demos or presentations when needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product marketing experience delivering go‑to‑market for software features or products.
• Proven track record owning end‑to‑end GTM for software releases.
• Strong ability to explain technical products simply to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent, clear writing skills with a focus on clarity over cleverness.
• Habit of working closely with customers to uncover value and translate it into marketing and sales assets.
• Collaborative, cross‑functional working style across product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Bias toward owning problems end‑to‑end rather than waiting for briefs.
