Production Manager – Composite Aircraft Workshop

About the role

You will act as the central link between inspection reports, production schedules and on‑time delivery for a composite aircraft component workshop. Your planning expertise will ensure every repair and maintenance project runs smoothly, meeting strict aviation deadlines without compromising safety or quality.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed work plans based on inspection reports for composite aircraft components.
• Manage capacity and resource planning to ensure smooth execution of ongoing orders.
• Oversee shop‑floor operations, coordinating workflows to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain and update master data in the ERP/MRO system.
• Prepare work packages for maintenance and repair activities in line with aviation standards.
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering and purchasing teams to align priorities.
• Monitor deadlines, material availability and order status to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with aviation‑specific regulations and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workshop planning, ideally within aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRO systems; experience with LTB400 is a plus.
• Background in maintenance and repair of composite aircraft components.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑department coordination.
• Meticulous approach to quality and compliance.
• Right to work in the EU.
