About the role

Wieland-Werke AG, part of the Business Unit Engineered Products in Ulm, is looking for a production trainee for its bearing manufacturing line. The position starts in March 2027 and offers hands-on work on production and process projects within international teams of a company with a 200-year history.

Key responsibilities

Drive production and process projects forward using your technical understanding
Take responsibility for parts of large projects and enjoy teamwork
Actively contribute to process improvements and support the production managers

Required profile

Studying in production engineering, mechanical engineering, business engineering or similar
Team spirit, independence and willingness to get involved
Good German and English, spoken and written

What we offer

Internship pay of 1,500 EUR per month, with five paid days off during the mandatory internship

35-hour week with flexible working hours
