Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the building services engineering sector. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality plant construction projects on time and within budget while working closely with architects, planners, subcontractors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building services projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and review technical concepts, plans, and tender documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall progress.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Support bid preparation and cost calculations.

Required profile

• Completed degree or master craftsman qualification in building services or electrical engineering.
• Minimum two years of project management experience in building services plant construction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑trade projects.
• Strong negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Independent work style with excellent communication abilities.
