Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead and deliver custom software and mobile application projects for international trade fairs, sporting events, and construction site equipment. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, translating their needs into actionable plans and ensuring successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Gather and document product and customer requirements.
• Advise and support customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate closely with software developers and external service providers.
• Maintain quality standards and oversee testing and validation.

Required profile

• Completed degree or equivalent training, or relevant experience from a career switch.
• Proven project management expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Business‑level fluency in German and English.
• Meticulous, structured, and results‑oriented work ethic.
• Familiarity with issue‑tracking and documentation tools is a plus.
