Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead and deliver custom software and mobile application projects for international trade fairs, sporting events, and construction site equipment. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, translating their needs into actionable plans while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather, document, and administer product and customer requirements.
• Advise and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities between software developers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain quality standards and oversee project documentation.

Required profile

• Completed degree, relevant training, or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in German and English at a business level.
• Meticulous, structured, and results‑oriented work ethic.
• Familiarity with issue‑tracking and documentation systems is a plus.
