Project Manager – Operations (International)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team and drive international projects that improve business processes and uncover growth opportunities across the AUTO1 Group. You will work at the intersection of operational thinking and strategic execution, supporting a leading digital automotive platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international projects aimed at process optimisation and business growth.
• Define, implement and monitor process improvements, specifying both short‑term and strategic requirements.
• Collaborate with EU‑wide Operations teams to align targets, share best practices and ensure smooth execution.
• Design and execute high‑impact initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Participate in multi‑departmental and international strategy meetings, assess results and set future goals.
• Create and analyse reports to track Operations KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• First experience in project management or management consulting, preferably in a dynamic or international environment.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with solid interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
