Project Manager – Robotics Deployments (German-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end robotics deployments for German‑speaking clients. You will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales and Customer teams, taking ownership from the final pre‑sales stage through deployment and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle: pre‑sales validation, planning, execution, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage 4–5 concurrent projects across multiple clients, validating scope, timelines and feasibility.
• Review contracts, ensure deliverability and lead the project initiation phase.
• Engage directly with German‑speaking customers, conduct on‑site assessments and act as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with Software and Hardware Engineering Leads, providing direction and challenging assumptions.
• Oversee on‑site implementation, coordinate installation, integration and testing.
• Define and monitor testing procedures, KPIs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead transition to customer operations with full documentation and readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager delivering end‑to‑end projects.
• 5+ years experience in intralogistics and/or robotics industry.
• Technical background with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure OTIF delivery.
• Can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve blockers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time to customer warehouses across Europe.
