Quality Assurance Engineer – Telecom & Cloud Testing

About the role

As a member of the QA team at ng-voice, you will help ensure the quality of next‑generation, software‑based mobile network solutions. You will work with 4G/LTE, IMS, and related protocols on cloud platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes, building test setups and extending the automation framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document system testing, including exploratory, scripted and automated tests covering functional, non‑functional and load aspects.
• Perform manual testing with real handsets and develop automated test cases using simulation tools.
• Analyze and debug issues across complex telecom solutions to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Write and run automated tests with the in‑house Python framework and tools like SIPp, IxLoad and Seagull.
• Own regression testing for new and existing features, ensuring product readiness.
• Contribute to the development, debugging and improvement of the Python‑based testing framework.
• Continuously refine testing processes, concepts and solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in software quality assurance, both manual and automated.
• Proven ability to design and implement high‑level test automation, including load and end‑to‑end testing.
• Experience setting up and configuring hardware and software test environments.
• Strong programming/scripting skills, especially in Python and Bash.
