Regional Brand Specialist – Northern Europe (French/German)

About the role

Pharmanovia is seeking a Regional Brand Specialist to lead product launch and marketing activities across France and Germany. You will act as the primary regional marketing lead, ensuring that global brand strategies are adapted to local market needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product launch preparation and execution for the French and German markets, providing market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Adapt and localise promotional materials, sales tools, digital programmes and event assets in line with global guidelines and local regulations (e.g., ANSM submissions).
• Coordinate launch readiness activities, manage asset approvals, and work with external agencies to produce compliant materials.
• Support commercial teams by developing training tools, delivering presentations and acting as the main point of contact for field‑team feedback.
• Collaborate with global marketing, medical affairs, market access and regional commercial teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain disease knowledge, engage with KOLs at local congresses and share best practices with other brand managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in French or German (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions.
