Regional HR Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function across the EMEA region, acting as the bridge between LMI’s global culture and local practices. Reporting to the Director of HR at headquarters, the role partners with regional leaders and sits on the EMEA Regional Management Team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee localization and administration of regional benefits, compensation, and healthcare plans in line with global structures.
• Manage talent pipeline development, full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding with support from the HQ recruitment team.
• Drive employee experience programs, including performance management, career pathing, training initiatives and off‑boarding.
• Ensure consistent application of LMI’s global HR policies, processes and tools throughout the region.
• Partner with regional leaders on organizational design, people planning and talent development.
• Represent HR perspectives on the Regional Management Team and support a strong workplace culture.
• Collaborate on merger and acquisition activities, providing HR due diligence, talent assessment and post‑merger integration.
• Coach managers on complex employee relations, conflict resolution and performance optimization.
• Champion DEI initiatives and adapt regional people practices to local legislation and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR leadership within a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment legislation, compensation, benefits and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and leading integration efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural alignment.
• Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
