Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Southern Europe for an industrial technology company offering a real‑time process analytics platform. Reporting to the Global Chief Commercial Officer, you will work remotely from Spain and be responsible for building strategic relationships with manufacturers and industrial operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southern Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, operations leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Present the platform’s value‑proposition to improve productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
• Create regional sales strategies and growth plans.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling industrial software, process‑optimisation or digital transformation solutions to manufacturing or process industries.
• Familiarity with sectors such as pulp & paper, chemicals, oil & gas, metals, or mining.
• Strong ability to engage senior technical and operational stakeholders.
