Revenue Manager

About the role

The Hoxton is opening its second hotel in Germany and is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive revenue performance for the new Hamburg property. You will work closely with the General Manager, sales, brand and digital teams to shape pricing, distribution and overall revenue strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the revenue management philosophy across Mind Share, Market Share and Channel Share.
• Chair weekly revenue meetings and collaborate on sales and marketing strategies.
• Support additional hotels in the region with pricing, reporting and system management.
• Prepare annual revenue budgets, monthly forecasts and conduct regular data analysis.
• Monitor competitor activity, market demand generators and new hotel developments.
• Maintain relationships with OTA partners and oversee channel rate loading and inventory.
• Ensure the revenue management system is configured, maintained and validated daily.
