Rising Fan - Leader in Training Restaurants, Bars & Experiences 2027

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Munich is looking for a Rising Fan to join its Restaurants, Bars & Experiences team. The Rising Fans programme aims to attract, develop, challenge and nurture emerging talent into a pipeline of future leaders. Successful candidates receive 18 months of hands-on operational and leadership training at increasing levels of responsibility, plus supplementary in-house courses, mentoring, cross-exposure and projects. Completers who perform strongly are supported and given priority consideration for management opportunities at hotel and corporate level.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts or a related field
• Globally or regionally mobile
• Strong interest in Restaurants, Bars & Experiences / food and beverage operations and hospitality service excellence
• Commitment to five-star standards, dynamic, self-motivated and interested in a long-term career with the group
• Excellent German and English communication skills
