Robotics Service Engineer – DACH Region

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing international robotics and automation firm seeking a Robotics Service Engineer to provide on‑site and remote support for robotic and automation systems across the DACH region. This hands‑on engineering role involves troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and technical guidance for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot robotic hardware and software issues both remotely and on‑site.
• Diagnose faults using system logs, alarms, and analysis tools.
• Perform repairs, calibration, testing, and verification of equipment.
• Support motion‑control, I/O, industrial communication networks, and safety systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners.
• Document service activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or service engineering.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with automation or robotic systems.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
• Fluent English for technical discussions and documentation.
