Sales Development Representative – French Market

About the role
Reonic is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the French market. You will work on‑site in Berlin, engaging B2B customers such as solar and heat‑pump installers and helping them discover Reonic’s SaaS solutions for renewable energy.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients by proactively reaching out and scheduling product demonstration calls.
- Use multiple acquisition channels, including outbound calls, trade‑show participation, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Identify and develop new projects and partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to tailor offerings to client needs.
Required profile
- Passion for software sales in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
- Proactive, flexible mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in both French and English.
Required skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar lead‑generation tools.
