Sales Director – Europe

About the role

Plasmidsaurus is looking for a Sales Director to lead its European commercial organization. You will be responsible for scaling the team, deepening strategic customer relationships, and positioning the company as the premier sequencing partner across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build and structure a high‑performing sales organization across the UK, Germany and other priority markets.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth.
• Strengthen relationships with key BioPharma and research customers, positioning Plasmidsaurus as a trusted partner.
• Implement operating discipline, accountability frameworks and cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor market trends in genomics and sequencing to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leader with experience scaling sales teams in biotech or related high‑tech sectors.
• Player‑coach mindset – comfortable leading while actively selling.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong execution skills and a track record of delivering revenue targets.
