Sales manager 120k OTE - open for recent grads

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to build and grow verticals from scratch for a high‑performance consulting firm in Munich. The role focuses on outbound B2B sales across the DACH region, targeting technical and engineering‑driven markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full commercial lifecycle from the first meeting to repeat business.
• Partner with strategists and talent partners to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Drive consistent outbound activity with depth and credibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor using data and market insight.
• Identify new revenue streams within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent German.
• At least 6 months of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial intelligence.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical value propositions.
• Comfortable selling to senior leadership.
