Senior Analyst – Logistics Network Planning (Allocation Strategy)

About the role

Join a tight‑knit team responsible for logistics network setup and assortment allocation. In this newly created senior analyst position you will own the allocation logic that determines which locations receive products and in what quantities, supporting ongoing network ramp‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate, onboard and take end‑to‑end ownership of New Goods Purchase Order allocation decisions and logic.
• Challenge and improve existing allocation logic, automate pipelines and optimise day‑to‑day execution.
• Lead strategic improvement projects and act as the central liaison between Logistics Operations, Buying/Merch Planning and Logistics & Supply Tech teams.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong ownership, adaptability and ability to handle changing priorities and large datasets.
• Analytical mindset comfortable diving deep into complex numbers and explaining insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions and creating simple AI‑assisted scripts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL querying experience.
• Python programming.
