Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives at its Alzenau site. You will work closely with Global Operational Excellence to embed the Excelitas Operating System and drive cross‑functional performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the site’s Lean Six Sigma roadmap in line with the EOS framework.
• Lead strategic deployment meetings, Kaizen events, problem‑solving workshops, and process‑optimization projects.
• Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and employees to build CI capabilities.
• Track and report CI project performance using key metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost, employees).
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality to achieve cross‑functional improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management or related field (master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years of manufacturing/operations experience, including 5 years in CI or lean leadership.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, change‑management and cross‑functional project leadership.
