Senior Flutter Software Engineer

About the role

Join the Product & Tech team of 1KOMMA5° as a Senior Flutter Software Engineer. You will help build and evolve the Installation Manager, a mobile app that digitises solar and heat‑pump installations across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of a high‑performance, scalable Flutter app for iOS and Android.
• Design, implement, test and deploy new features for the virtual assembly line.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates – frontend, backend, product owners and UX/UI designers – to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain code quality through automated testing, continuous delivery and coding standards.
• Mentor colleagues on testing, release processes and best‑practice design methods.

Required profile

• Proven track record of releasing and maintaining multiple cross‑platform mobile apps built with Flutter.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable and testable code with CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, remote‑friendly, interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
