Senior Graphic Designer (all genders)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to transform everyday promotional material into cultural moments for Lounge by Zalando. Working closely with Creative Direction, Art Direction and Copy, you will shape bold typographic systems, motion assets and social designs that capture attention and challenge the perception of an outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from concept to final delivery, owning timelines and quality.
• Develop and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Apply expert typography to elevate visual storytelling, campaign assets and daily digital communications.
• Conceptualise and produce high‑impact static and motion design assets for multiple marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy and business goals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative visual solutions.
• Deep understanding of grid structures and the ability to break them creatively.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with creative, art and copy teams.
