Senior Management Consultant – Human Capital & Reward Strategy

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join its Human Capital practice in Germany. You will work on high‑impact, board‑level projects that help organisations align people, structure and rewards with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives and HR leaders to design total‑reward and pay‑transparency strategies.
• Develop job architecture, career frameworks and skills‑based workforce models.
• Advise on organisation design and strategy to support future business objectives.
• Support clients through operating‑model transformation and workforce change initiatives.
• Lead complex consulting engagements across Germany and Europe.

Required profile

• Significant consulting experience in Reward Strategy, Total Rewards, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy or Job Architecture.
• Proven ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in at least one of: Reward Strategy, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy, Job Architecture.
