Senior Marketing Manager – DACH Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership and hands‑on execution to drive pipeline, brand awareness and revenue growth for an international enterprise‑software and cybersecurity provider.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Design integrated marketing programmes that generate demand, support account‑based initiatives and strengthen partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, Alliances and Product Marketing to align priorities and maximise impact.
• Translate global campaigns into localized DACH‑specific activities and ensure consistent messaging.
• Lead the DACH marketing team, overseeing planning, execution and performance measurement.
• Maintain alignment with EMEA and global marketing teams, sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B field marketing, channel/partner marketing, demand generation and account‑based marketing.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue results in the enterprise‑software or cybersecurity sector.
• Leadership experience managing a regional marketing team.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
