Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer you will join Westwing’s global tech team in Munich and take full ownership of core development initiatives that support the company’s multi‑country, multi‑language and multi‑currency operations. You will shape the technical backbone of the ERP landscape, drive continuous improvement and enable the company’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL.
• Lead the technical architecture ensuring scalability, performance and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Optimise and maintain Business Central environments for high availability and seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain integrations across the IT portfolio using APIs, Power Platform and modern integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services and development tools to drive automation and innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code and Business Central development frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions for complex business processes.
• Strong knowledge of integration techniques such as APIs, Web Services and Power Platform.
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered tools to enhance ERP functionality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
