Senior Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and is looking for its first Senior Partner Marketing Manager. You will create the partner marketing function from the ground up, co‑defining strategy with the VP of Marketing and owning end‑to‑end execution.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and continuously refine RobCo’s global partner marketing strategy aligned with partner tier structure.
• Design differentiated marketing programs for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners and translate them into executable plans with clear KPIs.
• Build the partner marketing infrastructure – processes, templates, tracking mechanisms and reporting frameworks.
• Own tracking of all partner marketing activities and measure contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Create and manage co‑marketing assets, content and campaigns in German and English.
• Maintain marketing relationships with partners across all tiers and represent RobCo at partner events.
• Collaborate with Global Partner Director, Partner Managers and the broader Marketing team to align activities with partnership priorities.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in partner, channel or B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS or industrial environments.
• Proven track record of building partner marketing programs from scratch.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong hands‑on execution drive.
• Excellent relationship skills with partners ranging from global system integrators to German industrial firms.
• Fluent in German and English, working daily in both languages.
• Experience with co‑marketing, joint campaigns and partner enablement materials.
• Genuine interest in AI and willingness to use AI tools in daily work.
