Senior Product Manager - Decision Engine

About the role

Taktile empowers financial institutions to become AI‑native organizations. As a Senior Product Manager for the Decision Engine, you will own the strategy and evolution of a core pillar of our Agentic Decision Platform, working closely with engineering and design to meet the needs of a rapidly growing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and long‑term success for a critical pillar of the Taktile platform.
• Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation, collaborating with customer‑facing teams.
• Translate customer insights into well‑thought‑out product requirements.
• Define a compelling long‑term vision for your product area and prioritize the roadmap to achieve it.
• Balance innovation with a high reliability bar.
• Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services and B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with data‑oriented, highly technical products and experience building high‑availability systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through well‑thought‑out product improvements.
• Aptitude for data‑driven decision‑making; basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on, curious, and eager to expand scope of responsibilities over time.
