Senior Project Manager (Patient Specific Solutions)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager in the Patient Specific Solutions (PSS) team, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that combine hardware, software, and process improvements to deliver uniquely designed implants for individual patients. You will work closely with R&D, Process Development, QA and other key functions to drive innovation and ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the project charter, scope, schedule, budget and risk management plan.
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt charts, monitor critical paths and milestones.
• Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, QA and external partners.
• Track project costs, ensure adherence to budget and report financial status.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, maintaining a proactive response plan.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders, incorporating end‑user feedback throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems in a regulated environment.
• High emotional intelligence, calm under pressure and skilled in conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and to motivate diverse teams.
