(Senior) Project Manager - Strategic Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Project Manager to lead strategic projects within our Offshore Wind business unit. The role will work closely with internal sponsors and senior management to shape the strategic direction and deliver improvement initiatives across our European wind portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse key business challenges and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with Strategic Projects and BU Offshore.
• Help define and drive the overall strategic direction of the Offshore Wind unit.
• Scope, align and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects, delivering clear storytelling, innovative concepts, presentations and analysis reports for sponsors and the management team.
• Collaborate with project sponsors, the BU Offshore line organisation and other stakeholders, building a reputation as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and support the development of Associate Project Managers while providing effective leadership to project teams.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in business, economics or engineering (or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in strategy consulting or a corporate strategy unit at PM/Engagement Manager level.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, strategic and creative thinking abilities.
• Self‑starter with a proven track record of delivering results and leading functional teams.
• Confidence presenting to senior management.
• Wind‑industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
